In The Premier Division Ramsbottom C enjoyed mixed fortunes when they were beaten 8-1 at Tameside, and then travelled to Little Lever where they beat the B team 6-3 Jake Shaw and John Hope trebled for Tameside, as did Graham Hoy for the Rammy team at Little Lever. Tameside followed with a 6-3 win at Radcliffe, where their three players Jake Shaw, Phil Biggs and Jeff Craighill all won two, as did Nigel Hallows for the losers. Hilton A scored maximum points against Burning Desire, and Ramsbottom B won a close match with Little Lever A 5-4 who's Graham Jeffries was unbeaten.

Division One

Top Division One team Heaton A scored an 8-1 win at Ladybridge A which featured trebles by Paul and Matt Ward, and a double by Steve Barber. St Cath's B in second spot beat Nomads A 6-3 with Paul Brandwood their unbeaten player. In the Heaton derby the C team came out on top against the B team with a 6-3 win which featured three wins by Dave Scowcroft. Ramsbottom D move up to third in the table after their 9-0 win at Wingates, with Tommy Ryan, Martin Holt and Ken Hayes all unbeaten.

Division Two

Division Two leaders Nomads A, scored a 7-2 win at Farnworth TTC A which included trebles by Dave Holden and Martin Howarth. Coburg who are third in the table also won 7-2 against BEN A with Bob |Bent and Jim Hewitt unbeaten. Heaton D scored maximum points against bottom team Ladybridge B. Chris Naylor trebled for Hilton C in their 6-3 victory over their E team, as did Tony Eardley for Hilton D, who were beaten 5-4 by visitors Meadow Hill A. Little Lever D lost 6-3 to Heaton F, and followed with a 5-4 defeat by Heaton E. All three F team players Mick Dunn, Dave Bevitt and Mel Brooks won two, as did Keith Mills for the losers. Paul McCormick trebled for the E team.

Division Three

Hilton G maintained second place in Division Three with a 6-3 win at Meadow Hill B. They are being challenged by BEN B who marginally closed the gap after their 8-1 win over St Paul 's Peel. John Lawrence was unbeaten for Hilton as was Alan Hibbert and Alan Calvert for BEN. Barak Young trebled for Hilton F who beat Irlam 6-3, as did Alan Revell and Malcolm Wilcock for Hilton H who won 8-1 at Ladybridge C. Three players recorded two wins in a close match which Farnworth SC won 5-4 against Walkden Meths. John Kofi and John Rothwell for Farnworth, and Richard Whittleworth for Walkden

Top Division Four team Farnworth TTC B scored maximum points at Hilton I, as did the team in second place Lads Club A at St Catherine's F. Hilton J beat Lads Club B 7-2 with 3 wins by Andy Morey two by Minh Le and one by John Parker, Jordan Hodgson and Josh Sandford won one each for the losers. Sam Walsh three wins, Steve Walsh two, and Rob Bury one for Heaton H who beat Hilton K 6-3, who's Jordan Brookes won two and Max Maybury one.
